AUGER PACKER
Compact filling of flaky, bridging and gritty products, as fruit powders, food additives, etc.
The product is filled by a dosing screw that is designed depending on the product characteristics. The adjustable auger rotation speed guarantees a high filling accuracy even if filling of the most diverse.
For the compact filling of heavy fluidized products a de-aeration system can be integrated in the auger housing. The resulting high compacting rate produces robust and easily stackable bags.
