AUTOMATIC VALVE BAG APPLICATORS
Simple, compact and user-friendly for the automatic linear application of the empty valve bags onto the filling spout of the filling machine.
A range of compact and simple solutions for 1 to 3-spout filling machines are available as well as high-output variants for ROTOSEAL systems.

VALVE BAG SEALING STATION
Clean valve bag sealing with cold welding tools.
The BEHN + BATES valve bag sealing station is integrated into the valve bag filling machine frame, saving space and cost. It seals the filled valve bag directly at the filling spout in a clean and efficient way, using ultrasonic sealing. Because of the tight seal, any product losses from the filled bag are avoided.
As a result, you have clean bags and a clean working environment where better storage conditions are guaranteed.
