Once the filling process has been initialized, depending on the machine type, all of the functions are carried out automatically.
The ventilation and densification of the products are decisive during the coarse flow or after the end of the filling process to ensure the optimum filling output and stability of the big bags. The densification can be carried out by an integrated vibrating device or an integrated de-aeration probe. The optimum densification parameters can be set according to the specific product properties.
