IMPELLER PACKER
Reduced-air filling of fine powders as cocoa, baking ingredients, corn starch or wheat flour.
Depending on its characteristics, the product is filled via
- the vertical impeller system or
- the horizontal impeller system.
The diameter of the impeller wheel is depending on the specific product properties with the goal of a reduced-air filling and an optimum filling degree.
The high filling pressure ensures a good product densification in the bag. The result is a compactly filled bag that can be easily palletized.
