IMPELLER PACKER
Reduced-air filling of fine powders as cocoa, baking ingredients, corn starch or wheat flour.
Depending on its characteristics, the product is filled via:
- The vertical impeller system
- The horizontal impeller system
The diameter of the impeller wheel depends on the specific product properties with the goal of a reduced-air filling and an optimum filling degree.
The high filling pressure ensures a good product densification in the bag. The result is a compactly filled bag that can easily be palletized.
