ORBIS - ROTATING PACKING SYSTEM FOR OPEN-MOUTH BAGS
The rotating packing system ORBIS for the efficient hygienic filling of open mouth bags. Espescially for the filling of powdery products the systsem combines low-air product filling with efficient product densification and high machine outputs at the same time. This leads to clean and compact full bags with a high-quality shape.
BAG DATA:
All types of open mouth bags, just as gusseted or flat bags made of paper, PE or combinations can be handled.
Bag length: 450-1,000 mm
Bag width: 260-550 mm
Gusset: 100-170 mm
MACHINE OUTPUT:
up to 600 bags per hour with filling weights of 10 - 25 kg (for flowery products)
EQUIPMENT AND FUNCTIONS:
3, 4 or 5 filling spouts that work independently from each other carrying out each single filling step simultaneously (bag application, coarse and fine flow filing, product densification and/or bag discharge)
positioning of empty bag magazine according to project requirements
controlled bag handling by means of a new singling station, separating the empty bag at its bottom
low-air product filling by using dust-tight filling spouts with all-round bag clamps
weight-accurately filled bags by independently executed coarse and fin flow filling
good product densification by bottom vibrators in enclosed design especially for the food industry
transfer of the full bags from the filling spout to the sealing station at same height level supported from underneath by a height-adjustable discharge conveyor belt
