Efficient and reliable filling of floury, powdery and gritty products, as starch, flour, baking ingredients, soybean products, proteins, sugar, etc.
For product filling air is required. The proven design of the chamber bottom and top fluidization air supplies that are separately adjustable depending on the flow behavior of the product provides an optimum product feed rate with a minimum air supply.
Because of continual air suction during the filling, high filling outputs are guaranteed with a minimum internal bag pressure.
