The fully automatic packing system for powdery products
The TOPLINE has been developed for powdery products, just as flour, starch, baking ingredients, yeast, etc. as well as animal feed products.
All necessary steps from the filling up to the closing of the open-mouth bags take place in the compact cabinet of the TOPLINE. After the empty bag has been taken out of the bag magazine and opened, it is exactly placed at the filling spout. During the filling, clamping jaws grab the bag from all sides in a secure and dust-tight way. The filled and compacted bags are closed by sewing, folding, sealing and/or hot melt activation.
